I hope your training continues to go well. BTW, I was browsing the Moab races site lamenting the fact that I wouldn't be participating in the last run of the year (The Other Half) since it coincides with the Denver Marathon. Anyway...I was looking at the race results from the Winter Sun 10K last December and would you believe it, you came in right before me in our age group! Wish I would've "known" you then! We'll definitely have to catch up at a race soon!! I'm planning on doing the Harbert Lumber 5K again on November 1 in GJ. Last year I was pretty excited to PR and win a gift certificate for dinner in the process. Since it's so soon after the marathon I'm not holding my breath. :) Happy running!SimonSayshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00726112669080797499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8741645086989041852.post-48945576297253425922008-09-01T12:59:00.000-06:002008-09-01T12:59:00.000-06:00Good run, Kazz...You'll be surprised how easy thos...Good run, Kazz...
You'll be surprised how easy those paces feel on race day. Then again, it's always tough at the end, as you know.
Those Pfitz mid-week runs leave me feeling like an 80 year-old man until the following Monday!
Good job, Kazz!Ronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16698551883133979712noreply@blogger.com
